• Homework & Show and Tell

    Check your child's green take home folder every Monday to find the Tic-Tac-Toe homework packet. Assist your child in chosing three activities to complete to get "three in a row." Homework at the kindergarten level should be engaging and hands on. 

    The most important homework is to read nightly. Each month, there is a Monthly Reading Log. Please write down books that you read with your child and return at the end of each month.

    The Show and Tell Bag will go home nightly with one child. Please help your child write down three clues for his or her classmates to guess what is inside.

     

    Other skills you can work on at home include:

    -Tying shoes

    -Memorizing birthdate, address, phone number

    -Zipping and buttoning jackets
