    *EMERGENCY CLOSING HOMEWORK (**SEE BELOW)
**We are NOT on Google Classroom. Check below for your daily work.:o)
***Be sure to check your Special Area teachers webpages for their work. (Go to my Specials page for help)
Below you will find a list of upcoming projects, book reports, extra credit, tests/quiz dates, and homework. Be sure to check this section of my webpage daily. The homework listed is for a student who is absent from school and wishes to work on their assignments while out.  It can also be for parents who wish to "follow-up" with their children.  It is not meant to replace the use of the agenda/assignment pad.  It is the students' responsibility to write down assignments in their agenda/endaassignment pad on a daily basis. Also, important papers from the child's classroom mailbox and some homework should be put into their homework folder at the end of the day to go home.  Please be sure to check the folder with your child and send back important paperwork as soon as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!  ~ Ms. Paolella

    ELA

Thursday, 6/11 (This is your LAST assignment!)

    1.  Today you will write a letter to an Essential Worker of your choice.  It has to be someone from the Brielle Police Department or Brielle Fire Department. Please google the name of an officer/person you'd like to write to. I ask that you choose someone different than someone you know. My plan is to mail or drop the letters off. I hope to be able to give a letter to each person. I do not want the same person to be used more than once. *If this doesn't work for you, please feel free to mail your letter on your own to someone else you may know that is an "essential worker". Teachers, school members, and parents are not essential (even if they are "in a hospital, etc."). You can thank those people for helping you when you see them. I am trying to send love and appreciation out!

    2.  Please read and use this PDF to plan and write your letter in your own, very neat handwritingI do not want them typed! Make sure your letter makes sense and is at least one paragraph (5 sentences).

    3.  Click this blue link Essential Worker Letter for the PDF document and print it out. When complete, please email the letter to me. I will print it out from home and deliver.
