September 2nd, 2020.
Hello everyone! I hope you had a great summer. We'll be heading back to school very soon. Ms. Kern, Mrs. York and I are getting our classrooms ready for a new school year and we cannot wait to meet with each of you.
We'll see the Blue students in person on Thursday, September 10th and the Gold students in person on Friday, September 11th. If you don't have school in person on a particular day, you will still need to complete Math work for me. Gold students will have an assignment to do on Thursday, September 10th, even though they don't actually start school in person until Friday, September 11th.
I have sent each 4th grader coming to school this Fall in person an email (the email was sent to your Brielle School account, so please look for it if you have not looked yet and follow the directions in the email) with the link to Google Classroom for my Math class. Some students have found this email already and joined my Google Classroom but a majority of students have not joined the Google Classroom. Once everyone joins my Google Classroom site, we should be able to communicate and I can post work for you to complete whether you are in school with me or at home doing virtual work. Also, unless you are new to the school this year, you should have an account on Think Central. New students will get a password and ID to use to access Think Central, so don't worry about that.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy the rest of your vacation and your Labor Day!
Mr. Labrecque
We are going to be using the Think Central website in class quite often and I have not changed any student id and passwords this year. If you know your password, please make it available so you can sign into your account here at school. If you don't know your password, I can change the password but that will also change the password that was previously saved on your home computer.
